Hi, My name is Madelyn Jewell and I am running Mindfulbabetribe Virtual Gym. 

I am a wife and a mom of three boys: a teen, a toddler and a baby… so as you probably guessed my life is pretty active these days to say the least. And because as a mom I don’t have the time to keep up with a sustainable fitness routine at a public gym, I decided to run a Virtual Gym for all the busy ladies like me who need some quick and effective at home workouts,  accountability to stay on track with their goals and get some support in their health and fitness journey. That’s why I created Mindfulbabetribe Virtual Gym and I welcome you into my world. Please find below the details about how you can get a spot in our health & fitness challenges.

My biggest gain since I started to exercise was my mental health, so now I am working out first and foremost for my sanity and the looks comes as a bonus!

Where is the Challenge held?

 

Unlike other fitness challenges, you do this one right in the convenience of your own home at what hour fits best for you but you can also workout live at a fixed hour every day with other ladies from our group.

You don’t have to worry about commuting to the gym or storing bulky equipment. Your online supportive community will be just a click away so you won’t have any excuses not to live a healthier & happier lifestyle.

What is Mindfulbabetribe Virtual Challenge? Why does it work?

 

My health & fitness challenge focuses on your individual goals. We will identify your fitness goals, and get you into a private group of babes just like you, we will figure out what fitness program is best for you, what meal plan are you going to follow and what health supplements you may need, if any. Pretty soon, the changes become your new normal and that is such a beautiful thing! It’s no longer an internal battle every time you open the fridge or think about working out – fuelling your body right becomes a habit just like moving your body does! 

 

Because everyone is different and will have a different starting weight and goals, we will be using the Beachbody membership to customize a meal plan specific to your goals to get you the maximum results during the challenge period! This is included in your challenge pack as well. You must know we don’t do any diets, pills or quick fixes, we only teach you how, what and when to eat normal size portions and still lose weight but in a healthy and happy way.

 

During Mindfulbabetribe Virtual Challenge we will follow individualized workouts, meal plans, and log them in our private group that is run in an app. Now, you do not have to share your weight with the group, but we would like to know how you did each week. You should plan on working out 5 days a week for 20-30 minutes a day. At the end of the challenge, we will take our measurements, pictures, and weight again. And this in not even everything as surprises that we have in store for you. You can even earn cash prizes that are offered every month for all successful weigh-loss transformations + my individual rewards for my “all in” challengers.

What is the monthly commitment ?

We are going to spend the next several weeks together, depending on the length of your fitness program ♥ —you may find that many things will change for you . . . not just your body but your energy level, nutrition, confidence, mental health and perhaps you’ll even forge new friendships with other group members. During the Challenge, I will give you 100%. In order to get results, you will need to do the same—you are WORTH IT and you WILL see a difference- mind- body- soul ! 

 

Because getting FIT is much more than your physical body. It’s about your mental, emotional and spiritual wellness too! Inside my Virtual Gym we cover more than just staying accountable to moving your body or eating right. We talk about mindset and positivity, your feelings and behaviours that create habits, the real reasons we make the choices we make that have gotten us to our current situation.
