Usually the 1st and 15th of Each Month.  


Who Can join the Bootcamp ?

ANYONE! Whether you are wanting to lose 5 pounds or 50 pounds, tone up, gain muscle mass, improve your flexibility, energy levels and focus, we can customize an ongoing program to meet your needs. My biggest gain since I started to exercise and decided I need to change my sedentary lifestyle, was my mental health!


Where is the Bootcamp?

Unlike other fitness challenges, you do this one right in the convenience of your own home at what hour fits best for you! 

You don’t have to worry about commuting to the gym or storing bulky equipment. Your online supportive community will be just a click away so you won’t have any excuses not to live a healthier & happier lifestyle.


What is the Online Bootcamp? Why does it work?

Our online bootcamps focuses on your individual goals. We will identify your fitness goals, and get you into a private group of babes just like you, we will figure out what fitness program is best for you, what meal plan are you going to follow and what wholefoods supplements you may need, if any. 

As a starting point, we will take our measurements, a before picture, and weigh on Day 1 and every Sunday after that.

Because everyone is different and will have a different starting weight and goals, we will be using the Beachbody membership to customize a meal plan specific to your goals to get you the maximum results during the bootcamp period! This is included in your challenge pack for free. You must know we don’t do any diets, pills or quick fixes, we only teach you how, what and when to eat normal size portions and still lose weight but in a healthy and happy way.


During the mindfulbabetribe online bootcamp we will follow our individualized workouts, meal plans, and log them in our private group. Now, you do not have to share your weight with the group, but we would like to know how you did each week. You should plan on working out 5 days a week for 20-30 minutes a day.

At the end of the bootcamp, we will take our measurements, pictures, and weight again. And this in not even everything as surprises that we have ins tore for you. You can even earn cash prizes that are offered every month by Beachbody for all successful weigh-loss transformations + my individual rewards for my all in challengers. Say what? 😉

We are going to spend the next several weeks together, depending on the length of your workout program ♥ —you may find that many things will change for you . . . not just your body but your energy level, nutrition, confidence, mental health and perhaps you’ll even forge new friendships with other group members. During the Online Bootcamp, I will give you 100%. In order to get results, you will need to do the same—you are WORTH IT and you WILL see a difference- mind- body- soul !
