It is October and I am pumped! I love when we turn to fall and the last 12 weeks of the year because it’s the mad rush to CRUSH our goals before we get a fresh start. The holidays are right around the corner and this is the time of theyear when we are staying focused on our goals through the end of the year. I am not a fan of New Year’s Resolutions since they don’t work and it breaks my heart to see them year after year when I have a solution. Instead, I encourage and END OF YEAR resolution! I want people to finish the year stronger than they came into it. The way to do this is to focus on the health and the fitness and set some aggressive goals of the end of the year. For me, this October is something special. I made a post a couple months ago that talked about how awesome it is that the Coaching Opportunity is going to be available in the United Kingdom this October. It seemed like it was so far away when I last wrote about it but now I have some other fun and exciting news: our team will be present at the Official United Kingdom Launch Event on October 21st in London! I am honoured to be a part of this amazing team of great souls and to be able to help so many people become physically and financially fit. Will you join us?

 

It is no secret that I love Beachbody and I am so grateful for the Coaching Opportunity. It has changed our lives in so many beautiful ways, our children’s lives and the people who have joined our team. Beachbody has given me the opportunity to do so much while focusing on helping people live the life they want to. I cannot imagine doing anything else with my life than helping others succeed and for this reason I cannot wait to jump in and start helping people outside of the United States and Canada to help end obesity over seas. This is the perfect time to start Coaching if it is something that you have been thinking about. We really are just getting started as a company and individuals. I still can’t believe we are going GLOBAL! My life levelled up in so many beautiful ways since I started coaching that I can not stop wondering where I will be in 5 years from now? The question is, will you be apart of that? Eating healthy, exercising, and improving mindset does not come naturally to most people and unfortunately it is not taught in school. The world needs more coaches. This is where the grassroots efforts of coaching comes in. We get to help people see that they are in charge of their lives and that when they focus on improving themselves anything is possible. Directions

 

Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a heavy large saucepan. Add 2 teaspoons of salt. Gradually whisk in the cornmeal. Reduce the heat to low and cook until the mixture thickens and the cornmeal is tender, stirring often, about 15 minutes. Turn off the heat. Add the butter, and stir until melted.

 

 

You can eat it with milk and you can eat it with cottage cheese and/or feta cheese. Enjoy!
