Café Latte Shakeology Recipes

Shakeology FINALLY has a new flavor that has everyone talking. Imagine the smooth creamy taste of a blended iced coffee drink WITH dense nutrition. Well now you don’t have to imagine because Shakeology’s 7th flavor, Cafe Latte is available NOW!

It’s formulated with WHOLE Coffee Fruit—a coveted superfood powerhouse that’s native to regions of Mexico and India. Coffee fruit is the red fleshy fruit that surrounds what we know to be the coffee bean! Not only does Café Latte taste great, but the use of the entire plant also minimizes Shakeology’s carbon footprint.

Instead of Starbucks, Tim Hortons and Waves coffee (for my local peeps), mocha lattes and more you now have the option of a super nutrient dense shake with NO chemicals that provides you with the vitamins, probiotics and antioxidants that your body craves (without the caffeine – you won’t feel like you NEED it anymore once your body gets the proper nutrients it needs).  Even better you don’t have to wait in long lines, be late for work or get frustrated if your order is messed up. You can make it any way you like right at your home.

I know there are MANY of you who love your daily cup (or more) of coffee. This gives you the option to switch things up, feel better and increase your energy naturally all while improving your health.

Packets are in for those who have been waiting patiently (sort of) to try the new flavor!

Many of my friends and clients are LOVING the Café Latte just plain with water or milk, but if you are looking to fancy it up a bit then check out these yummy recipe options below!

For the best taste experience, use a blender and add ice (if not using frozen fruit).  I recommend 4-5 ice cubes.  The more ice, the thicker it gets.  The less, it will be more liquidy.  I usually do 10 to 12 ounces of liquid.  Feel free to use any kind of milk or milk substitute (almond, rice, cashew, coconut, etc)—the more milk, the creamier/thicker it gets!
